Who makes my Cobra9s?
All orthotics are hand crafted by us. Click here to find out more about the team.
Will there be a wearing in period?
This depends on the individual. Most will be able to wear the Cobra9′s immediately. In rare cases the orthotics may feel unusual and you may need to a wear them for short rides initially.
Will I be able to claim some of the cost of the Cobra9s through my private health insurance?
This depends on your insurer and the level of your coverage. Cobra9s are prescription orthotics and private health insurance rebates may apply.  Check with your health insurer for more details.
How long will I have to wait for my Cobra9s to arrive after casting?
Within 10-15 working days, subject to payment of invoice and postage delays.
Do you only hold casting sessions in capital cities?
We will consider holding casting sessions in smaller centres, based on demand. If your local cycling crew is interested, drop us an email.
Is it cheaper if I order more than one pair for myself or I am ordering a replacement pair?
A 20% discount applies on subsequent pairs of Cobra9s.
Do I need to be re-cast if I want another set of Cobra9s?
No. We will store your moulds for future use.
Do I need to be re-cast if my foot shape has changed due to injury or other circumstance?
Yes.
Am I able to buy Cobra9s through my local podiatrist?
Unfortunately not. We do not licence the technology at this stage.
What do I do if I need after sales assistance?

Will I be more attractive to the opposite sex?
